3 layered black tulle with tiny rhinestones throughout. skirt. Under layer is silky with "rigid" netting to hold skirt out. Second layer plain black silky fabric. Top layer is tuille with tiny rhinestones throughout. Hidden zipper in back with hook.and eye closure. Tea length. Another one of my favorites, it’s just pretty and unusual.
