Rhinestone Heart Pendant? Vintage Scarf Slide? Valentines Day Gift Upcycle?

Pretty little Rhinestone Heart Pendant..? Or is it a slide for a silk scarf? I don't rightly know, but it is pre-loved and is not missing any of its Rhinestones. There is a "bar" on the back that could fit a cord or chain. If you are the creative type I don't think it would be terribly difficult to place a pin and closure on the back and have a beautiful brooch. Would make for a great upcycled Valentines Day gift!
