Top measurements: Length: 16” Bust: 17.5” (pit to pit) Sleeves: 6.5” Skirt measurements: Waist: 14” Hips: 17.5” Length: 16” All measurements taken while laying flat, numbers not doubled. Skirt is high waisted, cinched at the waist with elastic. Top has a raw hem. So cute, soft and comfortable. Marked as a size Small. Bottom fit is more like a Medium/ US 6.
