Rewind Brand Navy & Floral Round Hem Drape Top Med

This top is brand new, never worn, bought this season! Size is Medium. It has short, almost cap sleeve, with the top of the shirt made from a knit-type fabric and the rest made of a soft, draped material with a navy floral print. The rounded hem falls below the waist and the top measures 23” from the front neck to the bottom hem.
