Bought this off of Revolve and worn once for literally 10 minutes for my 1st dance. It is a drop waist with two types of fabric designs. I love that the halter/sweetheart neckline is tulle while the high-low skirt is feathered with beautiful subtle sparkles. Color is off-white.
I’m 5’5 and didn’t need to alter it. It fell perfectly floor length to the ground.
Perfect for 2nd dress, rehearsal dinner, or heck any fancy event.

This fits like a true size 4! I don’t fit into size 2.
