Revolve by the way Kendrah Floral Lace Up Tube Mini Dress in XS

Adorable dress that I never got the chance to wear, now no longer fits. I accidentally ripped the lace up (which in a way it works out because it allows adjusting the cleavage and can hide the tie piece). I added photos of measurement (the chest area has a bit of stretch with the lace up). The dress still fits perfectly if XS is your size and can tuck in piece as mentioned.
