To be honest, everyone’s body is different. I see women that look like a large to me and they wear a small. I think it depends on shoulder size, chest thickness (not just bra size). I typically wear a size large and I’m a 36c but I have very small shoulders and although it fit me quite well, the sleeves at the shoulder would fall off. It had a sexiness about it when it happens but it is also why I decided not to keep it. It’s an adorable blouse though. Hope this helps. 🌹
