Revolt junior cut jeans size 11

Smoke free home, good condition. Revolt boot cut jeans size 11. The pants have dot like things on the bottom of both pant legs. I don’t know what they are but looks like they’re supposed to be there. Also has wholes in the pants that were baught that way
