gr8bliss @lily_es sorry for the delay.Measurments are flat lay. Bust is about 17" waist 14.5" hips are free size. There are corset like ties in the back that could adjust waist or bust smaller.

lily_es @gr8bliss i am a 34 C. would you say it would be tight? i know euro sizes run a bit smaller.

gr8bliss @lily_es I think it would fit 34c ok but not 100% sure. I'm 34D and can zip it but it's too tight to be comfortable. I would recommend you measure the bust pit to pit at the fullest point on one of your tops or dresses that fit you well and see if it's a similar measurement to this just to be sure :)
