Unique… I don’t know the brand or size as they’re tagless since reversible. Flowy sheer fabrics sewn together at the waist. can see the other fabric through it adding to the design. Waist is elastic on sides and in back but laying flat is 13” and stretches a few inches, fly 13”, inseam 25.5”, hips 20”
