Reversible knit cape with leather fringes

Brown printed knit cape poncho Reversible It could be used showing a stripped print or an Aztec print Color brown and taupe No fabric tag so not sure what the material is but it looks like wool or wool blend The leather fringes feel like real leather but I’m not sure of that. Purchased at a vintage shop in NYC Very cool Ralph Lauren (Double RL) look. The belt is not included No size tag. It feels like a size Small / Medium
