Reversible floral palm print beach top swim cover

This top has no tag, but it reminds me of vintage Carole Little designs, and the fabric has the feel of some of the vintage pieces by Carole that I own. This would be fabulous as a beach jacket / coverup. It could be worn open, or cinched with a belt as shown in one of the photos. I would treat the fabric as though it were rayon. It appears that the shoulders were altered - please see the last photo. 24” across chest 21” at shoulders 28” long The belt shown in the next to last photo is not included.
