Reversible hooded cape from Gazebo Green. The cape reverses from black to animal Print. 27” in front, 29” in back. Runs generous. It’s called a Rain Caper, water and snow runs off. Machine washable. Never worn as it is too long for me. I’m 5 feet. Great weight and very flattering.
