Reversible Quilted handmade jacket

One side is patchwork with multiple unique patterns, pockets and cute round buttons. The other side is bright blue and white with pink, purple and yellow lemons! It was handmade and purchased at a high end farmers market. I am typically a size M/L I would say it fits like a large. Only worn twice! Excellent condition!
