I purchased this in the botique in the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC This raincoat is completely reversable. One side is Navy with lime Green piping and buttons and zippered pockets and the other is lime green with navy buttons. and slide in pockets. Hood is the cutest pleated form that looks like a collar when not on your head. Neck to hem is approximately 32” and p2p is 22”. Very limited wear with lots of compliments-sadly I am out of space and need to pare down.
