Reversible Dress Boho Blue Pattern Dress

No tags material it is (something soft?) or even with side is the front. Fit great when I was size 10-12 with a 34 C bust. Now that I’m a 36 C 1/2 and a 14 it’s a little tight. Bell skirt. Very flattering and has always brought me luck.
