Reverb White & Black Print Hip Hop Baseball Cap Hat Has Flaws 7 1/2

Washed & bleached. Brown bleach stains on inside of the bill, inside headband and button on top. The bill is not as white as the crown. I believe it is because it is lined in black underneath. The bill also has some yellow stain on the edge of one side. See last pictures. Tag says size 7 1/2. I also measured 23 inches with a fabric measuring tape. Inside headband is not elastic.
