missemarie @alioop1198 the glow overlays I have are called “Radiance” and “Brilliance” which are Violet and Aqua color. I believe you would mix them in with your top layer of dip to make what ever color your using glow. If used alone they are a milky opaque color, not totally clear. I have not used them Or swatched them.
