katelovesheels @theroom thank you for your interest. I am 5"3 and around 105 pounds. and the jacket fits me perfectly with a sweater underneath. I am a true size XS. I would recommend this jacket for anyone wearing XXS and XS. As far as the other question, I would say it is a more fitted jacket. Please, let me know if you have any other questions.
