Retro/Victorian-style short-sleeved pop-over blouse

Beautiful modern short sleeved collarless ladies striped blouse with some fantastic retro-flavored details. Lightweight poly/cotton blend, ideal for summer. Ruffled half-buttoned front, sown pleat and twin darts in the back. Buttoned sleeves. It zips up on the side, presumably to take off and on with ease (please see pictures). Very hard to make out the brand label, since the logo was set with tiny, handwritten lettering, but it feels like limited run from an independent boutique. Great overall condition: just mild general wear, and a little wrinkled from storage. No rips, stains, holes, or missing buttons. Measurements: 13” shoulders 15” pit to pit 9-1/4” sleeves 23-1/2” length
