jeanatravels @bev_grace Hi there. It’s a bit of a difficult measurement to take since the material is pleated so there is a lot of give. If I make it as straight up and down as possible it’s 16”. But if you account for the additional room the pleats give it can go up to 20”. I measure 37” around fullest part of bust and it fits me just fine.
