Retro style dress

Cute blue and white striped retro style midi dress. Lined to mid-thigh with a front slit just above the knee. V-neckline and cute tie detail at the waist. Sizes fit slightly small. For reference, I am 125lbs, 5’2”, 34D and wear a medium but would usually wear a small (4).
