Retro style Halter Neck skirted polka dot suit

Very loved and well worn, this suit is truly vintage in its look and flair...so many compliments! Was a darker blue which has faded with sun and swim, but still has many swims left in it! Halter is tied, but I wore it tied across the back, bandeau style. Skirt is flattering and hits the top of thighs. You'll love it!💕
