Retro red, white, blue button up collared dress size small

Adorable retro dress in a red, white, and blue pattern. Bow belt detail at the waist, buttons down top, and a pointed collar. Zips on the side. Beautiful piece, it just doesn't fit me anymore in the waist! This is a size small and slightly too tight on my waist (28 in) and bust (36 in).
