Retro inspired midi dress

NWOT. Cute midi length dress with dusty rose, grey blue, and rust stripes. High neckline with under-bust seam for flattering silhouette. Never worn - it was too small in the chest for me. I bought from an online boutique and couldn’t return. **Does need to be worn with a slip.**
