Retro hibiscus circle dress pinup rockabilly tiki M/L

Excellent used condition purchased from a seamstress online in the days before Etsy. I can't remember her name but this is very well made. Sweetheart bust with halter tie straps and a full circle skirt. Measures 38" bust, 30" waist, hips open.
