Seventies style lollipop green dress. Especially made, long sleeves. Pleather material. Heavy for winter. Excellent ,70's costume for Halloween. Can be worn as a shirt. Must be sewn around the sleeves or tacked and on the bottom. Masking tape is loose, other than that it is in excellent condition. Zipper is in the back. Maybe size 4 or size 6. Not sure since it was specially made.
