Retro Vintage Floral Belted A-Line Dress

Super cute and flattering retro floral dress with belt. Good condition, however one belt loop (aka a piece of string) is broken, but it's unnecessary as the belt ties around the waist. I purchased it at Target with this defect. The material is a bit thicker. No stretch, zipper on the side. Pit to pit measurement 18" REASONABLE OFFERS ENCOURAGED 🥰
