Retro Striped Dress

Retro 70s secretary/office dress with front tie/bow and buttons down front. Long sleeve. Matching buttons at wrists. Bottom is navy blue. Top and tie are striped, blue, red, white, and cream. Matching belt, stretchy with 3 prong clasp. Very professional looking! One belt loop missing. A few loose threads around buttons. Otherwise very good vintage condition. Laying flat, 17" pit to pit at bust. 13" at waist.
