Light corduroy fabric that has ties to allow you to wear it asymmetrically tied up, or wear it down and make a grand entrance. This skirt dances! It was purchased over 12 years ago from Sisley, had been in my closet ever since, am sad to let it go, but hopefully someone will bring new life to it.
