Retro Patterned Tunic w/Attached Black Waist Tie Size 18

Wild 70’s color and pattern from “Perceptions” of New York in a stretchable Tunic with Black waist tie for knots or bows. Does have some missing stitches on the tie(see photo) and a few snags on the back. Measurements are; 27.5 length, 38”chest, 38”waist, size 18.
