Retro Men’s Nike Metcon 3’s

Updated to keep up with you, the Nike Metcon 3 is designed for ultra-intense workout sessions. Strategically designed for cross-training, the 3 features a firm flat heel for stability during heavy lifts. Upper Flywire cables improve lockdown, while the rubber midsole panels protect during rope climbs. Now built for wall exercises and handstand pushups, the Metcon 3 features a low-profile heel clip to roll up on the lateral and medial sides. Embroidered TPU in high-wear areas for durability.
