Retro Inspired Dress/Tunic

This darling vintage-inspired piece features cap sleeves and a gathered skirt. Falls just below mid-thigh, can be worn as a dress, or as a tunic with leggings or jeans. Does have a small hole in the skirt, but otherwise in great condition. Great for Spring!
