Retro Hand Painted Flower Leather Belt

Cheerful flowers painted across a warm brown leather belt with a geometric design etched on the rectangular buckle. I can't read the signature on the back and I can't place the 41 size (the belt is 36" long), but I'm guess it's a Spanish artist. Shortest length to first hole 30.5" Longest length to last hole 35"
