Retro Cotton Brocade Day Suit

If you or someone you know is an XXS (approx 2" smaller than the garment measurements) and is in love with high quality vintage items, this is the suit for you! Fully lined jacket and skirt printed in pretty pink on a cotton oval-dot Brocade pattern. ILGWU Union-sewn. Wide fichu-look lapel collar jacket with hand pockets sets atop an A-line skirt with a demure front slit. And bound buttonholes! The plastic ball buttons are everything. It comes with a white marshmallow belt. The loops tell me it came with a belt but I'm not sure it's original for a garment this high of quality. If accessoried with white gloves, a straw boater, and buckled square toes -- maybe late 60's? I'm getting Faye Dunaway in "The Thomas Crowne Affair" vibes.
