Retro 90s formal dress

Rayon dress with velour texture, seems to be in good condition except skirt slit split as shown in last photo. Goes straight up the seam so looks intentional. Size says 7/8 but seems a bit smaller, zipper seems to work well. Matching shoes sold separately (say size 7,wearable but a little snug)
