Retro 90s floral maxi dress by Katie. It has pockets on both sides, shoulder pads, a fitted waistline, and a pleated a line skirt. There are belt loops, but no belt was with this dress. The label says size 12, however I wear a size 4/6 and it fits me perfectly. It is a rayon blend material, so I am sure you could wash this on the delicate cycle and not have to worry about the dry clean only tag!
