Retro 80s Neon Dress

Wore this once to an 80s themed party. Great condition. Very loose. Perfect for a themed night or a beach cover-up, or if you just want a funky new dress! Striped, zig-zag, spiral pattern in faint blue and green. Scoop neckline, slightly low in front and back. Drawstring tie to cinch the waist. Small but could easily fit a medium, since so loose.
