Retro 70s/80s/90s royal blue dancing dress!

GORGEOUS 70s/80s/90s dancing dress in a stunning royal blue color! This dress is well made and has a nice weighted feel - slight snag and tiny hold in the gathering (not noticable at all). I believe an embellishment was removed from this area, and can easily be replaced with whatever you'd like! (last 2 images are for inspiration) The skirt flares when twirling...it's so fun and feels wonderful on the skin. Material is very forgiving. No size tag, but will fit sizes 12-14 comfortably.
