Retro 1950s Style Skull Midi Dress

Retro style blue midi dress with black sheer overlay with velvet flocked skulls and stars. No stretch, side zip and ties at neck. Measurements are pit to pit 19” flat, waist 16”, free hips (A line). Blue underlay is 46” long, black sheer overlay is 48” long. Polyester. Good used condition but some of the flocking is fading from a few skulls, see photos.
