Retro 1940’s Pink Polka Dot Day Dress 28” Waist M

This appears to be handmade from the 40’s there are no tags. It has a very small light spot see photos I did not try to remove it. Bust measurement in photos length is about 40”. I left old original price tag for the charm :). It’s so adorable and would make a great addition to your collection
