Vitaly ring sizer says it is an 11…. I bought it at James Avery as a 10. It’s a larger size. But I wear a ten on my pointer finger and it fits. But for the sake of argument and me not having a receipt, I added a photo next to the vitaly ring sizer and would be glad to do any measurements you need. Unengraved, but I’m sure they will work with you on their own pieces if you wanted an engraving. Beautiful ring, heavy silver.
