Retired Walt Disney Toontown City Hall Christmas Village

Comes in box. A piece has broken off and it does have some scuffs near the steps, near the switch, and on one corner. Has a switch on the side for turning it the battery operated part. The batteries are not included (2 AA batteries). It also has a plug in light that can be placed underneath it to make glow brighter. I have quite a few other pieces from this collection available.
