Restricted Suede Fringe Bootie

Super cute black suede fringe shoe boots by Restricted, size 7.5. I bought these on Mercari and I adore them, but I have a recent ankle injury and the heel turned out to be a little too high for me to wear comfortably. They're in excellent condition and have only been worn once or twice by the previous owner. Cute with jeans and skirts! Will ship quickly!
