Segments appear to be made out of some kind of resin but I’m not exactly sure what. Hugs the neck. Circular… will not straighten out. Because it can’t straighten I can only give measurements in diameters. Inner diameter 5 1/4”. Outer diameter 6 1/2”. No call outs, corrosion, or damage
