They do have an existing pair of lenses that will need to be replaced with new lenses. These eyeglass frames have some general wear from previous use which may include some small scratches, scuffs, and other general wear. These are in overall good condition with lots of life left in it. These do not include a case. They do not include the original packaging or tags. Everything pictured is what is included.
