Although there are zippers on both sides, only the zippers with the pulls on them (outers) are functional for entry. 3” total heel height. True to size. These booties came from Stitch Fix and will come to you with a protective Stitch Fix dust bag for storage. I rate these shoes to be in very good preowned condition, missing a rating of excellent because they’ve been worn and the outsoles and wedges reflect that. There are no flaws or major issues, but they do not look brand new. Tons of life left!
