These brown leather pumps have a strap over the top of the foot attaching to an ankle strap. The heel is hard plastic with a reflective metallic appearance. These are in good used condition- see pictures. There are a few small scuffs on the heels that are barely noticeable when wearing; the reflection makes it impossible to capture in a pic. Fits like 10 Heel height: 4 inch Pet friendly home, but they never wear my shoes 🙃
