This is a Rephr brush #36. It is sold as a multitask brush for the hooded eye. It has this angled shape for a multi use. It is made of natural fibers in Japan. I bought is as a concealer brush and used it maybe twice but I felt it was huge for this purpose and I went back in my old brush so I have no use for this.
