Beautiful firm shader brush from Rephr, made in Japan. It is made of goat hair, bristle length 10 mm. It is dense and soft and can be used with creams or powders. I love this brush so much that when I lost mine, I immediately ordered another one. It came and I washed it up only to then find my original one. 😏 So, this is new, but it has been washed.
